Announcement of Organizational Structure Change

Thank you for your continued support. We would like to announce a restructuring of our organization.

As our business has grown, we have been discussing how best to structure our team so that each member can fully leverage their strengths. As a result, we have decided to transition to the following structure, which clarifies management decision-making and responsibility while strengthening research & development and business operations as independent pillars.

Shunsuke Takagi — CEO Responsible for overall management decisions, external communications, and final accountability for client relations. The registered representative member is also scheduled to be transferred to Takagi.

Shutaro Aoyama — Research Fellow Will independently pursue R&D on AI-powered consensus-building technology. Research and validation will continue in a manner that contributes back to Plural Reality's business. Aoyama will continue to take responsibility for the projects he is currently leading.

There are no changes to the roles of other team members.

There are no changes to the personnel or schedules of current projects. We will continue to deliver with the same commitment as before.
