Deciding the village’s future, together.
Plural Reality works in Otoineppu through the Local Revitalization Entrepreneur program, developing ways to connect residents’ voices with responses and policy discussions by the administration and council.
We design and run resident meetings and use Cartographer (Baisoku Kaigi), our AI-assisted consensus-building tool, to explore the context behind opinions and identify shared views and differences. We connect these voices with local records and public documents to support further dialogue and decisions.
